We accept payment through Paypal, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or COD cash.
Minimum purchase amount is $150.
Hawaiian wholesale tax of .05% will be charged for purchases shipped within the State of Hawaii. All other destinations are free of tax.
If payment is by COD cash, we can ship via UPS or FedEx.
If payment is prepaid by charge card or paypal, we can ship via UPS or FedEx or USPS.
Express mail is available upon request. We will work with you to find the cheapest way to ship to you.
If paying from overseas we recommend either paying by Paypal or by wire transfer, bank to bank. Overseas orders will be sent by USPS or by UPS or FedEx. The customer will be responsible for any customs duties.

While we make every effort toward that goal we realize returns may be necessary on occasion.
We are happy to assist you under the following policy:
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be within 14 days of invoice date. This number may be obtained by contacting our customer service department. Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge or $15 minimum, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to return. Returns may be subject to an additional fee determined by the condition of the item upon return. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept returns on custom items.
If there's a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us within 7 days of the original invoice date and we'll make things right.
We will give you credit towards your next purchase for the amount of the merchandise returned, excluding shipping charges.
There are no returns or exchanges on clearance or closeout items.
